Shamsa Resources and Services limited was incorporated on the 5th of March 2008 under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT of 1990 with its head office currently located at Suite 2, Hamada plaza, Damboa road, Maiduguri, Borno State. The company however did not start full operations till May 2009.
